True Cut Tree Service gets it right. Had a huge tree that needed to be removed. I called and the owner picked up the call and told me he would be over asap. He was at my home giving me an estimate in less than 2 hours. Got 3 different tree service company estimates and he was the cheapest. Work began the next day. Efficient and professional. I'm a business owner myself so I appreciate certain things. When a few large limbs fell in my back yard, and one overhanging the back deck, I called these gentleman for a quote. When I hire someone for a job I care a lot more about how they do the job than some BBB rating. Our experience with American Tree and Lawn Care was terrific: they were clear up front about their services and cost, and even though they had to push the work back to get another job done they got the work done efficiently and well. Every one of their employees was professional, and they even did a thorough job cleaning up after removing the trees. I also didn't mind when they had to come a day later than planned because it showed they care more about getting the job done well than cutting and running to the next one. We will definitely be hiring American next time we need tree work done.

I had a quote with in a couple hours of my call. The price was competitive. I mailed the deposit on a Wednesday, the tree was out the following Monday. The very large maple tree was in a tight location surrounded by three buildings. The closest was 11 feet away, the furthest 19 feet away. They professionally took it out with precision. The workers were personable and enjoyed dealing with them. I am 100% satisfied with the entire transaction. I highly recommend American Tree Care!
