Chelsea and Jeremy are very professional, safe and know their business. They removed 3 large trees and it barely looked like they were even here once they completed clean up. Jeremy cut one tree down by sections with about 10 wires and cables in it, three were power lines, without incident. Their prices are very reasonable as well, if you want to save money and get a great job done call them up!

My experience with Royal Tree and Lawn Service was great. Brandon responded quickly to get me my initial estimate, which was competitive to other quotes I received. They removed two big trees, (did an awesome job of stump grinding both trees) trimmed and thinned a very tall Live Oak that was overhanging my house. Two of the trees overhung both mine and the neighbors fence/property. The tree in the back of the house was dangerously close to both my house roof and our detached garage/workshop and nothing was damaged :-). The best part was they also hauled away such a HUGE pile of wood and all I needed to do was sweep a little. On the day of service there was equipment problems, but Brandon let me know they would be running late and evidently borrowed equipment from another service, which not only kept him on my job but also indicates to me that he has good relationships with his competitors. His crew was very polite and had great camaraderie. They were certainly aware of safety and helping each other out. I was surprised and amazed by the use of a 'climber' (a real human being in a harness with a chainsaw) instead of mechanical lifts to do the high trimming/cutting. It's a great feeling when you’re able to hire real professionals that actually say what they mean and do what that say they will in a timely fashion! I would absolutely recommend and use Royal Tree and Lawn Service again for other jobs.

I'll be honest. My husband is an employee. They always work hard and do the job right. I've seen their work and are very thorough. The wood chips in his boots and the calloused hands of every man there, tell the stories of a hard they work on a daily. He loves his job and these are honestly the best bosses one could ask for. Steve and Autumn are driven hard working owners who know when to cut up and when it's time to go to work. The way the shop runs reminds me of a simpler time when people didn't complain all day.... When the first words out of they're mouth is "y'all ready" as a statement instead of a question and the reply being "let's do it" instead of "I'm ready to go home"......When the job got done because the hard working man wasn't afraid of heavy lifting, dirt, sweat, and a little tough love.Seeing him come home at the end of the day and seeing the finished product of what they do as a team, I would recommend their service to anyone because it takes a certain breed of employee to do what they do and do it well.

Yesterday we had two trees removed that were ripping up the driveway. We’d considered it for a couple of years but I loved those trees and I know the environment needs them. Eventually the damage they were causing made it impossible to ignore any longer and the HOA approved the removal. The equipment, the workers, the tidiness of the site on completion - all first class. I got 3 quotes before choosing them. They seemed the most knowledge, best equipped, fit our timeframe and luckily the best priced too! A lady called Autumn came and inspected the site to give advice and a quote. They worked within our boundaries - no neighbours land was affected. They had the two huge trees down, area cleaned and trees taken away in less than 2 hours. The guys arrived to grind out the stumps and roots the same day - another quick job leaving the area tidy.We’re absolutely delighted with the company and the result. We have used Briggs Tree Service for several years now for all of our tree trimming, removal and stun grinding. Autumn in the office is always knowledgeable and friendly and puts together written quotes for you. Once you are ready to order service, she schedules the work to be performed by their experienced and professional crew. The guys arrive at your house with proper equipment for safety and to limit any possible damage. They work quickly and cleanup the area where they perform the work.
