Tree Service Cutler Bay

My experience with Royal Tree and Lawn Service was great. Brandon responded quickly to get me my initial estimate, which was competitive to other quotes I received. They removed two big trees, (did an awesome job of stump grinding both trees) trimmed and thinned a very tall Live Oak that was overhanging my house. Two of the trees overhung both mine and the neighbors fence/property. The tree in the back of the house was dangerously close to both my house roof and our detached garage/workshop and nothing was damaged :-). The best part was they also hauled away such a HUGE pile of wood and all I needed to do was sweep a little. On the day of service there was equipment problems, but Brandon let me know they would be running late and evidently borrowed equipment from another service, which not only kept him on my job but also indicates to me that he has good relationships with his competitors. His crew was very polite and had great camaraderie. They were certainly aware of safety and helping each other out. I was surprised and amazed by the use of a 'climber' (a real human being in a harness with a chainsaw) instead of mechanical lifts to do the high trimming/cutting. It's a great feeling when you’re able to hire real professionals that actually say what they mean and do what that say they will in a timely fashion! I would absolutely recommend and use Royal Tree and Lawn Service again for other jobs.

I needed a pathway of pavers done in a short period of time. I put out a request on a Facebook group I belonged to and Brandon responded with photos of some of their paving jobs done. Josh and his crew removed a large oak tree from our back yard. It was in a tight corner close to the house and a privacy fence so all of the cuttings had to be tied off and lowered to the ground. The access to the backyard is limited so everything had to be carried out by hand. Another company was reluctant to take the job because of these challenges. Turn Key Tree had no reservations about tackling this type of job. They did excellent work, caused no damage to the house or fence and cleaned up the area before leaving. Price was fair and the work was well done!

Professionalism and hard work ethic are what defines Coastal Dump & Junk Removal. We had over 7500 pounds of concrete that needed to be removed after it was trenched and he got it all out in less than two hours (had to go to the dump and come back because of weight loads for the trailer).
