Juan and crew transformed our gravel backyard into a great outdoor living space with pavers and artificial turf. He returned our call immediately and scheduled an onsite appointment for the next day. He listened carefully to everything we wanted, answered our questions and made suggestions for our space. We received a quote later the same day with an option to install within a week. Since we are only here for the winter months, that was great news for us as we would have plenty of time to enjoy the space. We scheduled the appointment. The crew notified us that they could arrive a day early for some prep work and we happily accepted. The entire backyard was completed the next day. Juan was here both days to insure that the job proceeded as planned and to our satisfaction. The clean up was great and the final product was perfect! We would 100% recommend Juan and his crew, and have done so already to 2 of our neighbors.

Last week, one of the trees (Willow Acacia) in my front yard almost toppled over during a monsoon storm. Because it was leaning toward the sidewalk, I was concerned it might fall at any time and considered it a safety hazard. Therefore, I called three different tree removal companies for estimates and AZ Tree and Hardscape Company was the only one to respond back to me the same day. Further, one of their Arborists (Juan) came out within a few hours of my initial call to assess the situation and he provided me with a reasonable price to cut down and remove my tree. Less than a week later, Juan and his team returned to complete the job as promised. Thanks to him, his crew, Lindsey, and Liz for a job well done. I highly recommend AZ Tree and Hardscape Company!

Let’s start with first contact. Frank replied to my call promptly and with a cheerful professional demeanor. He looked at photos of my tree and we arranged the appointment. His quote was fair and honestly, I had expected to pay more. The team showed up on time and picked up debris as it fell. They were careful around the shrubs/trees that flank the palm to ensure there wasn’t any damage. Upon completion, they picked everything up, raked the yard and scouted the area for stray bits. I am already planning to call them again for more yard services. Frank and his team are real pros.

The crew did an amazing job trimming and thinning out two of our mesquite trees, one large and one med sized, our palm trees and a tree that was damaged by a wind storm.
