Raleigh and his crew were out in January to trim my very large maple tree. He told me at the time that if there were any issues after the leaves bloomed, that he’d be happy to come back out. My neighbor isn’t a fan of the tree, because it drops leaves in her yard in the fall and it shades her pool too much. She wasn’t happy that it wasn’t trimmed more than it was, so I called Raleigh. He came back out the very next day. He spoke to my neighbor to try to understand her concerns, and he’s coming back out tomorrow to see if they can trim the tree a bit more to appease her. He was super responsive when I called!

We had a very large and difficult to access Cherry Tree that needed to be removed after storm damage. The base of the tree was 5′ in diameter and was hallow inside due to rot and carpenter ants. We got 8 separate bids for the tree. Raleigh and his crew were one of two companies that believed that they could fall the tree safely without a crane. His crew meticulously rigged the tree to make sure it did exactly what they needed it to do. Man did they deliver. Cody and the guys dropped that tree exactly

They were very professional. They returned calls promptly and came to do the job when they said they would. They pruned 2 trees for us that were close to our house. They did exactly what we asked them to do. After the trees were pruned they cleaned up any sticks, branches, leaves, etc. I would definitely use their services again if needed.

We had a tree removed from our front yard. We called. Hellmann's came to our house and provided an estimate. They arrived as scheduled and removed the tree. There was no mess left behind and it looks like the tree was never there. Very reasonable pricing. We would recommend Hellmann's to anyone.
