I have used Windy City Tree Service three times. The first time, I had bought a building in Niles that had terrible landscaping. They removed three big trees and a number of little ones. I was amazed at how fast they got them all down, They cleaned up everything. The invoice was way below what I expected to pay.

During a storm, my tree in my backyard fell down so I called a couple places to get it removed. I decided to hire Windy City tree services bc their prices are very competitive, and the reviews are very good. My experience working with them was smooth and very professional. They were only company that I reached out to that applies for a permit and does everything right from the beginning. I am very pleased with the outcome of my tree removal. Jennifer did a great job with keeping me updated and giving me notice with the process the whole way. She is definitely a asset to the company, her customer service was above and beyond expectations. I just had a large tree in backyard\alley tangled with electrical wires and was considered hazards. I hired Windy City tree service for all my tree removal needs and once again they performed an outstanding job. They coordinated everything with ComEd to shutoff power to removing tree and debris plus going above and beyond to remove the trunk. Jennifer and her husband Alcides take customer service serious and make sure you are happy with the job!! Highly recommend to hire with reasonable prices!

Initially I don’t think I got the quote, but the representative called me back to send me a copy of the quote and to schedule service. The crew came, took about 30 mins to trim the tall tree that was touching my and my neighbors roof. The crew was professional and worked very fast. Will call this place again in the future when my trees needs maintenance.

November 2020 I needed tree trimming on a group of oak trees that were quite over grown and trunks that were threating my neighbors roof. I contacted Windy City Tree Service who I found on searching websites. After consulting with them they assured me that the trunks that would be removed would only be those that would not threaten the tree during high winds. Windy City Tree Service also were able to get those threating my neighbors home without crossing the lot lines, amazing! Afterwards they removed all debris, raked the small branches which littered the yard and were cautious to to damage my enclosed screened porch. I would highly recommend Windy City Tree Service to anyone.

Called Windy Tree Service on Sunday- the owner came out the next day to give an estimate and work was completed 1 week later. His guys were very professional. They worked fast and as a team to get the job done. I had 4 trees taken down with the stump grounded and had trees taken down along the entire fence line. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Very reasonable pricing for the scope of work that needed to be done. Nonetheless, very impressed and have already referred to a friend looking for tree services.
