Jesse and his wife own this company. They work in partnership as a perfectly oiled machine. Mrs. Astorino contacted us very quickly after I made a bid request, was very professional as well as friendly. She even thanked us for the opportunity to bid our job! Wow! You don't run into that appreciative attitude very often! Jesse's primary assistant is Ben who did a large part of the actual labor of tree trimming, tree removal and stump grinding. Ben is also really great to work with and friendly! Jesse was on top of coordinating every aspect of our large project and completed everything at our two residential job sites in very quick order. He was even able to schedule everything very quickly after giving us his bids. All phases of the work commenced with a minimum of energy expenditure on our part. Exactly what a homeowner with a cumbersome tree problem wishes for! We were also very satisfied with the pricing that Astorino's Tree Service offered us!

We just had Astorino's Tree Service remove four large trees from our home location. We felt that the cost for removal was very fair and the quality of the removal was without question the best that we have seen. They we prompt and came to do the job when he said they would be here. The job was finished within two days and we could not be happier with the results. The staff was very professional and worked with us on every questions that we had and kept us informed for the entire two days on what the process was and how they were going to perform the removal. The Astorino Tree Service crew does amazing work...from the initial conversation when I called looking for help ("We're in your neighborhood today...we'll stop by and take a look at lunch time.") to the care that they took with my neighbor's property when removing the trees in question. Jesse talked to the neighbors, assuring them that they would take every precaution to make sure they didn't damage their property, and if they did, they would make it right. The job was a mixed bag, with one tree on the ground in my neighbor's yard, and another that was standing but dead. They took care of both, and even helped me get a tree removed from my yard that I had been wanting to get rid of for years. I couldn't be happier with the service, and would recommend them to anyone looking for tree work.

We were really impressed with the work done by Will and his gang. It was a tricky job but it was carried out carefully and considerately. Will gave me good advice and quick action on what to do with an overgrown damson tree. He clearly cares about the trees and their future. He also did more than I had asked him by digging up old self seeded stumps. He and Ruben left everything tidy, using his expensive looking machine for chopping up branches.

I was apprehensive at how it would look in the end as we've not had any previous work carried out for this but my fears were allayed.
