The work Andy’s tree service did for us was Fantastic. We had a huge old Oak tree that was interfering with the power lines, (Duke Power was worthless and would not do their job), and it had a large amount of dead branches in the center of the Tree. I'll be honest. My husband is an employee. They always work hard and do the job right. I've seen their work and are very thorough. The wood chips in his boots and the calloused hands of every man there, tell the stories of a hard they work on a daily. He loves his job and these are honestly the best bosses one could ask for. Steve and Autumn are driven hard working owners who know when to cut up and when it's time to go to work. The way the shop runs reminds me of a simpler time when people didn't complain all day.... When the first words out of they're mouth is "y'all ready" as a statement instead of a question and the reply being "let's do it" instead of "I'm ready to go home"......When the job got done because the hard working man wasn't afraid of heavy lifting, dirt, sweat, and a little tough love.Seeing him come home at the end of the day and seeing the finished product of what they do as a team, I would recommend their service to anyone because it takes a certain breed of employee to do what they do and do it well.

Yesterday we had two trees removed that were ripping up the driveway. We’d considered it for a couple of years but I loved those trees and I know the environment needs them. Eventually the damage they were causing made it impossible to ignore any longer and the HOA approved the removal. The equipment, the workers, the tidiness of the site on completion - all first class. I got 3 quotes before choosing them. They seemed the most knowledge, best equipped, fit our timeframe and luckily the best priced too! A lady called Autumn came and inspected the site to give advice and a quote. They worked within our boundaries - no neighbours land was affected. They had the two huge trees down, area cleaned and trees taken away in less than 2 hours. The guys arrived to grind out the stumps and roots the same day - another quick job leaving the area tidy.We’re absolutely delighted with the company and the result. We have used Briggs Tree Service for several years now for all of our tree trimming, removal and stun grinding. Autumn in the office is always knowledgeable and friendly and puts together written quotes for you. Once you are ready to order service, she schedules the work to be performed by their experienced and professional crew. The guys arrive at your house with proper equipment for safety and to limit any possible damage. They work quickly and cleanup the area where they perform the work. I would not want to call on any other company to perform this type of work. We will continue using Briggs and can recommend considering them for anyone who needs their services.

Outstanding job!! They do much more than stump grinding. Take down very large to small trees, take up roots where there no problem to install fencing, grinding stumps. You need it they can do it! I really had doubts because my job was such a big undertaking. (Over whelming) They really exceeded my expectations. We had one sickamore that came down during Hurricane Michael that was the size of a small house. Everyone who came even Fema told me we would have to hire a large excavator. They got it out! You will see it’s having someone with the know how and experience to use their equipment. It’s amazing just to watch them work!! Thank you Shane Sr and Jr. Without y’all we may have never got our property cleaned up. I really appreciate all your hard work.
