I want to express what a great job your company did for us, in removing a very old, approximately 100- foot high fallen pecan tree, from our back yard property, which came down in the Christmas Night storms. We called your company for a quote on Dec 27, the morning after we returned home from the holidays. By the end of the next afternoon, not only was the tree cut and hauled away, but your crew went the extra mile and tidied up our large backyard better than it looked before the fallen tree! An unexpected loss of a really nice, old tree had a happy ending: a company who's crew and owner were very polite, professional, and gave a very fair price for the job. Jack's came out to trim my large Laurel Oak for hurricane prep and dead branches. They came out to my home and spoke with me on what is a priority and isn't, how the tree was in general, and answered all my questions honestly. They were done within a few hours and my tree looks healthier than ever!!!!! I highly recommend!!

I called and spoke with Brad about removing a tree and doing some trimming on some oak trees. Brad was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to tell us the type of tree we wanted removed and why it would be good to have it removed. While this may seem basic, we had 2 other companies bid the job and they weren't able to provide the same information or gave us wrong information. I called in somewhat of a panic, because I had a storm damaged tree. Owner David Meyers came out as soon as he could, like within half an hour, inspected, and said it needs to come down now, because another storm expected next day. Quoted what I thought was reasonable price, not trying to gouge and take advantage of the emergent circumstances. He brought his crew at 4 pm, and worked until almost 8, to make sure we would be safe. And their work was amazing. I have seen a lot of tree climbing tree surgeons in my day. I think they have the best one in the state. Dropped large limbs exactly where he wanted. David was correct ... heave rain at 5 am next morning. Had they not cut it, tree would now be on my deck, pool, and perhaps neighbors house. I cannot sing their praise loud enough.
